My involvement in other projects (my creative side projects), like design projects and book launches fuels my curiosity, inspires innovation, and provides fresh insights that enhance the value I bring to my clients.

A Journey of Projects and Learning

Over the years, I have had the privilege of being involved in and initiating a wide range of projects across different areas. Each one has been a unique opportunity to grow, learn, and bring fresh perspectives to the table. I firmly believe that experience is our greatest teacher, and transferring insights from one field to another often sparks innovation and inspires us to approach challenges in entirely new ways.


For me, the thrill of any project lies in the process—learning, adapting, and evolving. This mindset has been at the heart of everything I do, and it has fueled my passion for creating, developing, and seeing ideas come to life.

Property Investment and Renovation: Transforming spaces into beautiful, functional, and income-generating assets.

Interior Design and Furnishing: Designing homes and rental spaces with creativity and purpose.

Airbnb Management: Helping property owners maximize returns through effective short-term rental strategies.

Publishing Children's Books: Writing stories that inspire kids to explore the world beyond screens.

Business Development: Supporting international brands to grow and thrive in global markets.

Entrepreneurship: Almost all of these projects, what they have in common is the focus on quality, design, and sustainability.


Each of these projects reflects my passion for learning, creativity, and making an impact. Whether it's designing a space, crafting a story, or developing a business, I find joy in the journey and the possibilities that come with every new endeavor.



For me, it's all about continuous growth—learning, creating, and sharing experiences that lead to something meaningful.

ISAK & BERG

Together with designer Sandra Isaksson, I co-run the design project ISAK & BERG, where we create and offer unique design products. Our debut product, a pepper grinder, received a design award at Formex, marking an exciting start to our journey.

BOOKS

As a strategy of learning AI I have started creating books, a long lost dream. I do it in close collaboration with AI - my ideas and AI help me write them. For a low cost they are offered through Amazon...

XIKO ART

My art project, XIKO ART, was what brought me to Hong Kong. Through XIKO ART, I introduced Plexiographies—limited edition reproductions of original works by various artists and photographers—printed on plexiglass using a unique method I personally developed.
